Step 1: Prepare shrimp and broccoli

When you buy shrimp, you cut off the head, peel the shell, remove the back line, then wash and dry.

Step 2: Sautee Broccoli with Shrimp

You put 500ml of water in a pot and boil until boiling, add 1 teaspoon of salt. When the water is really boiling, put the broccoli in it and boil it for 3 minutes, then take it out into a bowl of cold water, soak it for about 5 minutes, then take it out and let it dry.

Next, put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add the shrimp and sautee quickly for about 1 minute on high heat for the shrimp to hunt again.

When the shrimp has been hunted, add 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 2 teaspoons of seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt. Continue to sautee on the stove with medium heat for about 3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the spices are absorbed.

Finally, add the boiled broccoli and sautee for about 1 minute, then taste the seasoning to taste, then turn off the stove, present the dish on a plate and you're done!
