Beef Porridge With Broccoli
Ingredients
50g Beef
50g Broccoli
1 cup jasmine rice
1/4 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Bring the beef to a boil. Bring a little water to a boil, add the broccoli and blanch it.
Remove broccoli and beef from the pot, let cool. Then cut the beef, broccoli into small pieces.
Put rice and 200ml water in a pot, cook with low heat until the water in the pot is almost empty.
Now add cabbage, broccoli, onion and the remaining 200ml to the pot.
Stir well, cook porridge with low heat until porridge has a satisfactory consistency, then turn off the stove.
