1. Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients
300 gr Beef
500 gr Broccoli
5 Purple Onions
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Wash the beef with dilute salt water, then use a knife to cut the beef into thin slices.
Broccoli and white cut into small florets, soak with salt water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with 2-3 times of water and drain.
Peel onions, wash and cut into thin slices. Scallions and coriander are washed and finely chopped.
Put the sliced beef in a marinade bowl with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1/2 part of sliced shallot, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of seasoning. and 1 pinch of ground pepper.
Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes for the beef to absorb the spices.
Put the pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of hot cooking oil, continue to add the remaining purple onions and fry until fragrant.
